Exactly. Our mandate is to champion a new way of living—where rest is at the heart of work, leadership, and life. So, Acacia Root will walk alongside you as you discover a new daily rhythm of sustainable rest and restoration practices.

About the founder.
Sara Dos Santos is a multi-award-winning cultural leader with nearly two decades of experience spanning education, live performance, cultural policy, and systems change. Passionate about the power of creativity to transform public life, she has led research, strategy and implementation, corporate and creative facilitation and International collaborative projects that challenge and reshape the organisational and governmental systems that influence our everyday lives.
Her work spans hyper-local initiatives through to national and international programmes, delivering projects ranging from grassroots community engagement to multi-million-pound investments.
Beyond Sara's professional achievements is a deeply personal story. After experiencing burnout and depression, she navigated recovery with inaccessible support, gaining first-hand insight into the importance of rest, nervous system reset, and what sustainable leadership looks like.
Acacia was born from that experience. It exists to create the kind of support she wished she had been available: an understanding community and practical resource for leaders, creatives, and entrepreneurs seeking a healthier, more sustainable way to live, work, and lead.
Through workshops, conversations, and shared experiences, Acacia champions a future where rest is recognised not as a luxury, but as the foundation for creativity, resilience, and meaningful impact.
